Prepare the chicken
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked, turning occasionally.
Make the Blitzsosse
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
Assemble the wraps
- Lay a tortilla wrap flat and add a portion of cooked chicken, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and cucumber slices. Drizzle with Blitzsosse.
- Roll the wrap tightly and cut in half. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Serve
- Serve the wraps immediately with extra Blitzsosse on the side for dipping.
