Haehnchen-Wraps mit Blitzsosse

Ingredients
  

For the wraps
  • 400 g chicken breast cut into strips
  • 4 pieces tortilla wraps large size
  • 100 g lettuce shredded
  • 1 piece tomato sliced
  • 1 piece cucumber sliced
For the Blitzsosse
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Method
 

Prepare the chicken
  1. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked, turning occasionally.
Make the Blitzsosse
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
Assemble the wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla wrap flat and add a portion of cooked chicken, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and cucumber slices. Drizzle with Blitzsosse.
  2. Roll the wrap tightly and cut in half. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Serve
  1. Serve the wraps immediately with extra Blitzsosse on the side for dipping.
